The Stamford Museum & Nature Center recently celebrated the bounty of the harvest at its first Farm to Table Supper in September. Chef Brian Lewis, who recently left his post at the helm of New Canaan's Elm restaurant to pursue other opportunities, prepared four courses of seasonal foods that were paired with wines.
