Historic Designation Vote Delayed For New Canaan's Waveny Park

The New Canaan Town Council has once again delayed a vote to nominate Waveny Park to the National Registry of Historic Places, according to the Stamford Advocate. The vote was delayed amid fears that the town would lose control over the property if it is listed in the national registry, the Stamford Advocate said.
