What better way to prepare for your league playoffs than with a late-season, out-of-conference clash against a fellow field hockey powerhouse? New Canaan of the FCIAC and New Milford of the SWC did exactly that by playing to a 2-2 draw at the Danbury Sports Dome with all four goals coming in the second half. It is believed to be the first indoor high school field hockey game in Connecticut history, making it a unique experience for both sides.
