Daylight Time Debate Continues As New Canaan Prepares To Turn Clocks Back

Residents all over Fairfield County and throughout most of the United States will dial back their clocks an hour on early Sunday as Daylight Saving Time comes to an end, but more and more people people are debating whether we even need DST anymore, according to National Geographic. A recent survey taken in Utah said 67 percent of participants would rather do away with Daylight Saving and simply operate on Standard Time all year the way Arizona does, National Geographic said.
