The event kicks off at noon with families gathering in the Park Street parking lot to receive goodie bags. The parade, led by the Old Faithful antique fire truck, starts at 1 p.m. This year's grand marshals are the New Canaan Fire Company as well as the performers of New Canaan High School 's drama production of "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown ."
