A Greenwich man turned himself in to New Canaan police after he was accused of using the N-word while disputing a parking ticket in August, according to the New Canaan Advertiser. David G. Liebenguth, 55, was pleading his case to a parking official who had issued him a ticket for being parked at an expired meter, the Advertiser said.
