A 3,500-pound expansion tank fell onto a construction worker Monday afternoon at Grace Community Church, 365 Lukes Wood Road, New Canaan police said. The accident occurred just before 1 p.m. and by the time emergency responders arrived, the 48-year-old man had already removed himself from under the tank, according to the report.
