David Liebenguth, a 55-year-old Greenwich man accused of making racist statements and name-calling in a dispute over a $15 parking ticket in New Canaan, told reporters that the accusations are false. According to New Canaan police: Liebenguth got angry with a New Canaan parking enforcement agent on Aug. 28 after the agent ticketed his car in the Morse Court parking lot on South Avenue.
