Someone called New Canaan police to report a noisy teenage party at a house on lower Main Street, possibly with underage drinkers, but when police arrived at the scene, the party was already over. An officer on his way to the scene saw three boys walking on the side of Oenoke Ridge Road, and saw one quickly ditch a can into some bushes as the police car approached.
