A Smith Ridge Road resident was stopped just after midnight and charged with speeding and driving while under the influence just after midnight last Thursday, Sept. 18. Michael Holland, 33, was driving north when his 2012 Jeep Cherokee passed the officer, who was parked and running radar on the road.
