Georgia fugitive nabbed for distracted driving in New Canaan

A Georgia fugitive from justice is being held on $500,000 bond after New Canaan police arrested him on a distracted driving charge Wednesday morning, Chief Leon Krolikowski said in a press release. Khalil Thomas , 23, of Alpharetta, Ga., was charged with being a fugitive from justice, cell phone violation and driving without a license.
