A New Canaan recently started getting credit card bills and credit card application denial notices from accounts she never opened or applied for, she told police. The 64-year-old resident of Millport Avenue told New Canaan police that the first she heard of an "Express Card" opened in her name was when she got a $973 bill in the mail for money spent on the card in New Jersey last December.
