Gov. Dannel Malloy brought his proposals for improved transportation to southwestern Connecticut Tuesday, promising good news for Metro-North rides. Gov. Malloy says that brand new cars have begun operating on Metro-North's New Canaan line that will make it more reliable for passengers.
