Classic cars and foreign sports models attracted ogling hordes Sunday morning in downtown New Canaan, as youngsters, oldsters and gear heads with cameras oohed and ahhhed over spiffed up speedsters. An estimated 5,000 spectators crowded around 600 cars on display downtown from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., according to the New Canaan Advertiser.
