New Canaan cops asked a hospital to test for drugs, but it didn't, so a woman accused of causing the Silvermine Rd. crash has no DUI charge. After a four-vehicle crash on Silvermine Road that led to serious injuries for a Stamford teenager, police asked Norwalk Hospital for a drug test on the woman later accused of causing it , the New Canaanite news website reported.
