Bronx, N.Y., man charged after reckless driving incident

Police say it is lucky no one was hurt Sunday afternoon after a car driven by a Bronx, N.Y., man hopped the curb on Pine Street and the driver played chicken with cars on Grove and Elm Street -- all while fleeing a police cruiser. "Several people had to dive out of the way on Pine Street to avoid being hit," New Canaan Police Sgt.
