Competitive Edge College Advisors of New Canaan is sponsoring a panel discussion to examine current trends in college Admissions. The event will be held at the Outback Teen Center on Thursday, Jan. 29, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. The discussion will cover the difference between early decision versus regular decision, financial aid and merit scholarships, athletics and other extracurricular activities, and the GPA, SAT and ACT importance in the admissions process.
