The Planning and Zoning Commission this week heard a request from the New Canaan Housing Authority to build 88 new affordable housing units at Millport Apartments. "The overall proposal, we think, is an enhancement to Mill and Millport apartments," Timothy Hollister, of Shipman & Goodwin, told the commission during the Tuesday public hearing.
