More than a dozen of Waveny's canine friends and their owners recently paraded down "Main Street" at The Village at Waveny Care Center to the delight of patients, residents and adult day program participants. Included among the contestants was Blue, an Australian miniature shepherd whose owners are Debbie Perron, director of volunteers, and her husband, Jeff.
