DPW employee's death ruled a 'tragic accident'

Benjamin Olmstead, 71, of Norwalk, at his daughter Lisa Weed's wedding. The 36-year veteran of the Department of Public Works in New Canaan, Conn., died Thursday, July 24, 2014, one day after he was hit by a car while spray painting a road.
