A 41-year-old Norwalk was charged with larceny Aug. 29 after she was accused of stealing cashmere sweaters from a New Canaan shop. Lisa Mastronardi Sedlak, 41, of 71 Aiken St., Norwalk, was charged with fifth-degree larceny when police said video surveillance at She la la, an accessories boutique at 120 Main St., showed her taking the sweaters.
