History Buffs Keep Up Hunt For Letterboxes In New Canaan

Fans of letterboxing can still get in on the hunt before the Second Annual Great Letterboxing History Hunt concludes with a celebration at the Wilton Historical Society from 3 to 4 p.m. May 31. Since the event began May 15, letterboxers have visited seven local historical organizations, followed clues, found letterboxes and stamped their official maps. The collaborating organizations are: The Fairfield Museum and History Center, the New Canaan Historical Society, the Norwalk Historical Society, Ridgefield's Keeler Tavern, the Weston Historical Society, the Westport Historical Society and the Wilton Historical Society.
