Three men were arrested Thursday afternoon by New Canaan Police for an incident involving the illegal use of a credit card. At approximately 5:45 p.m., an employee at Walgreens in New Canaan reported two males in the store were acting suspiciously and attempted to purchase gift cards, according to a police report.
