Mallozzi: Plan to eliminate car tax 'folly'

First Selectman Robert Mallozzi of New Canaan this morning called Gov. Dannel P. Malloy's plan to end local property taxes on motor vehicles a "folly" that would cost his town $2 million in revenue.
