Tuscan owner charged with issuing for bad check for $5,000

Marc Minella, 34, of 814 Hollow Tree Road, Darien, the owner of the now-defunct Tuscan Osteria e Mercato restaurant in New Canaan, was charged on Tuesday, March 19, with issuing a bad check, which is a felony.
