Frances C. Uva of New Canaan has announced the engagement of her daughter Andrea Caroline to Patrick Michael Fleischman of City Island, N.Y. The bride-to-be graduated from New Canaan High School in 1998 and from Occidental College in Los Angeles with a degree in fine art in 2002.
