This year's winter frost has made for an unusually high number of potholes and damaged sidewalks in New Canaan, town officials told the Town Council at a recent meeting, according to a report in the New Canaanite. Tiger Mann, assistant town public works director, told the board that we haven't even seen all the damage we're going to get in town: frost still in the ground combined with the usual spring wet weather should cause even more damage between now and early April.
