A former personal banker for JPMorgan Chase in New Canaan was sentenced to one day of jail, time already served, six months in a halfway house and three years of community confinement after admitting to embezzling more than $100,000. Stephen DeCrescenzo , 37, is a West Haven resident and a former city council member.
