A driver and two passengers in his car were each charged with marijuana possession after a traffic stop on South Avenue near Surrey Road on Friday, New Canaan police said. A police officer was using radar to monitor traffic speeds on South Avenue at about 12:46 p.m. when he saw a vehicle traveling south.
