An independent report by Centerline Solutions has confirmed what New Canaan residents have long complained about: Cellphone service and coverage in and around the area could use some serious improvements. When it comes to problem cellphone coverage in New Canaan, one of the biggest culprits is Mother Nature, according to the report.
