Scott A. Robertson, 48, of Colonial Road, was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to carry a driver's license. An officer on routine patrol just after 1 a.m. saw Robertson's vehicle going east on East Avenue, near New Norwalk Road, at a high rate of speed and drifting over a double-yellow traffic line, according to the report.
