When the stage version of John Grisham's "A Time To Kill" opens Oct. 24 at the Powerhouse Theatre at Waveny Park in New Canaan, it will mark a series of firsts. "A Time To Kill" was Grisham's first novel and is the first to be adapted for the stage, by Rupert Holmes.
