A Park Street resident lost more than $40,000 after her credit card was fraudulently used multiple times in September, according to New Canaan police. The 75-year-old victim, whose card was issued in China, noticed several unusual charges on her bank statement Oct. 6, even though she hadn't lost the card, police said.
