Verizon cell tower in New Canaan by Grace Farms still on track

In a surprising turn of events, Geoffrey Pickard of the Utilities Commission announced at the commission's meeting Monday night that the proposed cell phone tower at 82 Puddin Hill Road remains a possibility.
