When New Canaan police knocked on the door of a home on Ludlowe Road, the mother of a town teenager at first said her boy wasn't home, police said. In anonymous tip at 9:34 p.m. on Saturday, March 7, police were told that a teenage party with alcohol was taking place on Ludlow Road.
