Darien police arrested a New Canaan woman on Feb. 23 with two counts of violating a protective order, according to Darien Police Detective Mark Cappelli . Goulmara Mansourov, 41, of New Canaan, allegedly violated the conditions of a protective order held by her estranged husband that allowed her to communicate with him about the care of their children, but not other topics, Cappelli said.
