A 51-year-old New Canaan woman has been charged with reckless driving in a four-car crash last fall that left a Stamford teen with severe injuries, according to the Stamford Advocate . Carol Sung turned herself in last Thursday on a warrant and was released on $500 bond, The Advocate said.
