Conviction Reversed, New Canaan Man Acquitted Of Harassing Nanny

The conviction of a New Canaan man for harassing his nanny was reversed by the State Appellate court last week, according to the New Canaan News. Michael Nowacki, 62, was facing a 15-month prison sentence for violating an order of protection put in place by his wife by sending an email to her, as well as one to the nanny he employed, the New Canaan News reported.
