Police caught two New Canaan teenagers with marijuana and one with tobacco in the woods off of Indian Waters Drive April 5. Police received a call at 1 p.m. from a witness reporting suspicious persons leaving two vehicles on Indian Waters Drive and heading into the woods, according to the report.
