The Board of Finance lived up to its reputation as the town's fiscal watchdog Tuesday night as it verbally agreed on roughly $5 million in cuts to the proposed 2013-2014 budget, changing the bottom line from a nearly eight percent overall increase over 2012-2013 to a roughly 3.5 percent increase.
